Home Health Nurse LPN/RN

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LPN/RN) to work within our client’s homes providing direct patient care in Indiana. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our Home Health Nurse (LPN/RN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.

Our nurses function as a Caregiver, Teacher, and Advocate; working in partnership with the family, our nursing staff brings a commitment to support and assist with the family in their caregiver role. As a caregiver the nurse will provide ongoing assessment of our patient’s condition response to treatments and developmental progress. As a teacher the nurse will instruct the family on procedures, medications, safe use of equipment, and compliance with the treatments. Come join our team of dedicated professionals. Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Indiana.
• One year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent.
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
